There seems to be no need to introduce you to the Parisian company Elie Bleu again. Elie Bleu designs unique objects, made from rare woods, manufactured in a very "haute couture" spirit of craftsmanship.
In addition to the House's flagship collections, such as Casa Cubana, Flor de Alba and Ché, Elie Bleu has added a new collection, called "Quadrille", which once again demonstrates the verve and know-how of Elie Bleu. The company selects the most precious woods from the most remote areas of the world. Brought back to France, they are then delicately modelled and treated to be affixed to cigar humidors, among other things.
The humidor we are presenting today is a true ode to Wenge wood, a sustainable and stable wood species from Central and West Africa, to which it owes its incredible design.
This tree from the African rainforests offers a very dark, hard and resistant wood, particularly appreciated in cabinet making. Its straight graining, with a marked grain, offers beautiful flamed figures, revealing magnificent shades formed by alternating hues ranging from milk chocolate to mocha.
This sumptuous decoration is truly highlighted by a grid formed by a 3 mm wide net, meticulously made and adjusted by the House's craftsmen.
Working with this type of wood requires a great deal of know-how and precision. These secrets have always been well protected by craftsmen who are experts in their field but above all passionate about it.

Produced in an almost confidential manner, due to the limited availability of pieces of wood that meet the strictest quality controls imposed by the House, the Elie Bleu Quadrille humidor offers a storage capacity of around 110 cigars. Spread over two levels, in the best possible conditions thanks to a double humidification system, you can control thanks to an analogue hygrometer and an air-tight hermeticity we are accustomed to.
