San Cristóbal de la Habana Prado

San Cristóbal de la Habana has recently included a new vitola “Prado” to its catalog. This vitola is available exclusively at La Casa del Habano and Habanos Specialist retailer stores, one of which is the House of Grauer.

Habanos Specialist is a distinction granted by Habanos S.A to retailers who contribute to the spread of Habano culture and its famous cigar brands. Habanos Specialists stand out by their exceptional and tailored service, advising aficionados according to their preferences.

The new Prado is named after the famous promenade "El Paseo del Prado" in Havana, serving as a border between Centro Habana and Habana Vieja.

The vitola chosen by San Cristóbal de la Habana to introduce this novelty is the Petit Pirámides (50 x 127 mm). This format is only used for special productions such as regional editions or Edición Limitada. It was also used by Partagás in 2009 for the jar Serie P No.1.

Presented in a box of 10 cigars, the Prado is dressed with a double ring. The first one is a brand’s classic ring. The second one is a golden ring, reserved exclusively for specialties of La Casa del Habano and Habanos Specialist, bearing both these logos. The Prado is the third vitola of Habanos to wear this golden ring. The first two are H. Upmann Connossieur B and Punch Punch 48.

This new vitola of San Cristóbal de la Habana will immediately seduce aficionados by its typical brand’s aroma, ranging from mild to medium. This aromatic profile results from carefully selected tobacco leaves from Vuelta Abajo.
