Step into the world of Cuban savoir-faire for an evening where rum, cigars and the art of taking time come together.
At the heart of the evening is Eminente, a Cuban rum inspired by the island known locally as Isla del Cocodrilo. Crafted under the guidance of César Martí, Cuba’s youngest Maestro Ronero and one of the country’s most respected rum makers, Eminente draws on generations of Cuban sugarcane and rum-making tradition.
What makes Eminente distinctive is its unusually high proportion of aged aguardientes—70% in Eminente Reserva—bringing depth, complexity and character to a style inspired by 19th-century Cuban rum.

Rum tasting
- Explore three expressions of Eminente, each revealing a different facet of the house’s style:

- Eminente Gran Reserva – 10 Years, Edition 2
Cigar pairing
- The rum tasting will be paired with a Quai d’Orsay Especial d’Orsay, complementing the character and aromas of the rums.
Gourmet pairing
- A selection of gourmet creations will accompany the tasting, adding the final touch to this Cuban-inspired evening.
