The House of Grauer organizes a tasting evening of Les Rhums du Sud.

The flavours of Provence and Reunion in a bottle.

Les Rhums du Sud was born in the enthusiasm of an evening with friends. That evening, Hugo listened to his intuition and decided that one could travel by the senses. A few months later, the first batch of arranged rum was born in a workshop in Peypin, a small village near Aix-en-Provence. From then on, the adventure began, starting with a local distribution network which then spread from region to region.

Every day, for the past 5 years, Les Rhums du Sud has taken up a challenge: to elaborate each recipe of arranged rum by hand. From the peeling to the cutting of the fruit, through the bottling to the labelling: each stage of production is the result of traditional know-how. Aware of the current challenges, Les Rhums du Sud works as much as possible with local producers.

Hugo Randazzo is a passionate rum maker. The grandson of Sicilian artisans and the son of a Reunionese woman, he has always been fascinated by the riches of France's culinary heritage and wants to help people discover them through one product: arranged rum. Elegance of destiny, the Provencal region where he grew up and the island of Reunion where he originated seem to share the promise of the same art of living.
