Tasting evening of Swedish craft cider
The House of Grauer invites you to a tasting evening of Swedish craft cider from Brännland.
Brännland produces craft ciders made entirely from apple juice, with no flavor or color additives. The production is located in Västerbotten, county of Sweden located in the north of the country.
Brännland cider is born from a dream of making cider from apples from Norrland, one of Sweden's important historical regions.
After two years of tests, failures and new discoveries, it was evident that Swedish apples, combined with this cold northern climate, were the ideal ingredients for producing "ice cider".
Very few places in the world can guarantee the cold season required to produce an ice cider on a regular basis. Northern Sweden is one of those places!
